The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has officially submitted the proposed P6.793-trillion 2026 national budget to the House of Representatives. DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman presented the spending plan to House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and other officials. This submission follows the DBM’s presentation of the National Expenditure Program to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. earlier in the week.
